These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZScanner software and zscanner.bithost.in portal operated by ZHOST Consulting Private Limited. By purchasing a license or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use ZScanner on a single user account for the purchased license duration. The key may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

2. Permitted Use

ZScanner may only be used to test systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. This includes your own websites, servers, and client systems where you hold a signed penetration testing agreement.

3. Prohibited Use

Using ZScanner against systems without permission.
Using ZScanner to conduct attacks or cause damage.
Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your license key.
Reverse-engineering or extracting the license secret key.
Circumventing the license verification system.

Violation results in immediate license revocation without refund.

ZScanner is provided 'as is' without warranty. We do not warrant that the software will identify all vulnerabilities or that results are free of false positives. Results should be reviewed by a qualified security professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current license period.

7. Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if ZScanner does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved. Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Renewals are non-refundable.

8. License Revocation

We may revoke your license for violation of Sections 2 or 3, fraudulent payment, or redistribution of the license key. Revoked licenses are not eligible for refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
